OPEIU is proud to celebrate our nation's veterans this Veterans Day.

The U.S. is home to 1.6 million union veterans. In some states, more than a quarter of all working veterans are members of a union. Many are members of the AFL-CIO’s Union Veterans Council, which is committed to advancing the economic well-being of veterans across the country through the power of union membership.

Veterans play an integral role at every level of the labor movement and we are proud to honor them this Veterans Day.
