Nicole Korkolis Director of Communication, Education and Research

Nicole Korkolis has spent her career helping the labor movement communicate with its members and constituents. Prior to joining OPEIU as Director of Communication, Education and Research, Korkolis was Managing Director of the Carmen Group, Inc., overseeing the firm's public relations division with clients that included international and local unions, and non-profit, educational, business and financial entities.

Korkolis helped these various organizations achieve their communication goals through media relations and crisis communication strategy, marketing and advertising, image awareness and branding, video production, large-scale event planning, and website development.

Previously, she served as a Senior Vice President with The Kamber Group, at the time one of the nation's largest unionized public relations firms.

Korkolis is also an accomplished television writer.
